ARTSALGHUL is a 26-year-old Nigerian underground producer and rapper known for a dark, cinematic sound and gritty, genre-fluid trap. Born Dámilólá-Abíódún Olábìyí in Osun State, he blends everyday Lagos realities with explicit, boundary-pushing lyricism.

His style is often described as "opium music" — filled with underground grit and Nigerian languages. His lyrics contrast indulgence with mundane Lagos scenarios, from riding yellow Danfo buses to navigating the city's after-hours.

The name draws on the legendary comic-book character Ra's al Ghul, paired with his focus on visual and musical arts. Originally from Ede, he attended film school in Ibadan to study screenwriting and directing, then relocated to Lagos to pursue both filmmaking and music.
